All Valley Overlook lodging and camping guests staying overnight on 7/24/2025 are invited to Swing Time at Valley Overlook: A Live Big Band Concert!

This special event is free of charge for guests staying overnight on 7/24. Simply provide your name and reservation number at the door for entry—no ticket needed!

If you aren't an overnight guest, limited tickets are available for purchase online. We will not be selling walk-up tickets for this event.

Here is some additional info:

• Event check-in starts at 7:00 PM
• The event is from 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM, wrapping up before our quiet hours begin at 10 PM
• The concert will take place inside the Lodge — a rustic, open space with great acoustics. While we’ll have fans running, please note there is no air conditioning, so dress for warm weather and stay hydrated.
• We’ll provide cold water to help everyone stay refreshed.
• Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and refreshments.
• BYOB alcohol is allowed with a suggested $10 donation to help cover our insurance cost.
• Children are welcome, as long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times.
