Because of our size, cancellations have a large impact on our business. Because of this, we have a relatively strict cancellation policy. Advance cancellation charges help to offset our credit card processing fee.
Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled after confirmation will be charged a $20 cancelation fee OR 3% of your reservation total, whichever is greater. In order to receive full credit for your canceled reservation (less the $20 or 3% cancellation fee), notice of reservation cancellation must be sent and received at least 10 days prior to 12 a.m. on the reservation check-in date. Cancellations with less than 10-day notice will not be refunded.
Note: the cancellation policy for large groups and special events may vary from the above terms. In this case, you will be notified during the planning process.
